GOOD TO KNOWDELIVERYWhen will my purchase arrive?
Allow up to 20 minutes after payment confirmation for your package to arrive. Follow any delivery instructions in the package description. If it is still missing, reconnect to the Minecraft server once.

PAYMENTSWhich payment methods can I use?
Tebex displays the payment options available for your order at checkout. Choose your country and currency there to see the supported methods and review the total before paying.
CHECKOUTWhat if my preferred payment method is missing?
The payment methods in our checkout are managed by Tebex. We cannot add a gateway directly. You can choose another available option or ask Tebex support about your preferred method.

For package questions or a delivery that is taking more than 20 minutes, contact our staff on Discord. Share your Minecraft username, package name and transaction ID with staff so they can find your order.
